Wow. I am back from the dead. Or rather from a long list of cake orders but I won’t complain at all, this is a good kind of busy for The Kitchen Faerie. Never had I imagined I would be standing where I am today, I mean, I’ve been featured on The List from HK Magazine, in HK Magazine online and in the Top 5 of the bespoke bakers in HK by Hong Kong Tatler. More importantly I receive lots of kind feedbacks from customers, which is driving me to do better each time. This is insane and totally unexpected and I can’t be more grateful for it.
Also, I have started a collaboration with my friend Diane who has recently launched her coconut product business in Hong Kong. I know, I know, the market right now is saturated with coconut water and oil and you have already heard a million times about the benefits of coconut products. But Coconut Matter is different in the sense that they have built their business around ethicality and sustainability and I invite you to visit her website to understand a bit more about it. I use her products whenever I am baking recipes that require coconut oil, cream (my favorite), flour, sugar). At least I know where it comes from and how it has been produced.So that’s for the update regarding my long radio silence and I apologize for it. Now let’s talk homemade goodies 🙂
